Cancellation and Travel Protection Insurance

Per person per travel day: 1.50 GBP per person

This international student travel insurance policy is designed to cater for the insurance needs of persons studying in the UK, France and Germany on a trip arranged by Europa School of English / International Projects. The product provides cover including emergency medical assistance and medical costs, protection in the event of cancellation or curtailment, cover for loss, theft of or damage to baggage and personal money. Key features and benefits:

  • Up to £3,000 for unused and irrecoverable costs if you have to cancel or cut short your trip due to an insured event
  • Up to £2 million for hospital, ambulance, and medical repatriation costs
  • Includes up to £500 for emergency dental treatment
  • Up to £1,000 per person if personal belongings are lost, damaged, or stolen
  • Cover for lost, damaged, or stolen personal money or passport
  • Up to £250 for additional transport costs if you miss public transport to or from your home country due to an insured event 

Key eligibility criteria and exclusions:

  • Not available to anyone aged 66 or over
  • No cover for baggage or valuables left unattended, subject to the terms in the policy booklet
  • Any event you were aware of when taking out the insurance or booking your trip (whichever is later) that could lead to a claim
  • Any pre-existing medical condition as defined under Important conditions relating to health in the policy booklet
  • No cover if you are unable to travel due to failure to hold, obtain, or produce a valid passport or required visa in time
