  • Single room
  • Twin/double room (only available to students booking together)
  • Superior room (single with own bathroom)

with one of our friendly homestay families, most of whom have been welcoming students for many years. You will make your own way to and from school. Most of our host families live close by, while others are further out, but a maximum of 45 minutes bus ride away. You’ll get half-board accommodation with breakfast and dinner. At the weekend, you will also be provided with a (packed) lunch in your private home. During summer only, we invite you to have lunch in our comfortable bistro from Monday to Friday. During the rest of the year, there are a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the school and a fridge, microwave, toaster, and cutlery are available for students use. Home stay is available all year round. Your hosts will wash your clothes once a week during your stay and your bedding will also be changed weekly. You can receive phone calls at your home stay, but it is usually not permitted to make phone calls from your hosts phone. Free Wi-Fi is available at school and in your accommodation. Please note that all of our host families have been advised on the measures they should be taking to offer a Covid-safe host family environment to their students.

At Europa School we offer classes, trips and activities both in the mornings and afternoons. Where you have been allocated afternoon classes, we would highly recommend you attend school in the mornings for our exciting and interesting morning activities and trips, before enjoying your afternoon lessons. For students under the age of 18 these morning trips and activities are compulsory to attend.

If you prefer to be around people of your own age, you can also stay in a single en-suite bedroom in a student residence with self-catering facilities in the centre of Bournemouth. Live and socialise with students from many different countries. The residence offers single study-bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private shower, toilet and washbasin. You will have access to a common room with a shared equipped kitchen. We invite you to have breakfast, lunch and/or dinner in our comfortable bistro from Monday to Friday (summer only). There are a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the school and a fridge, microwave, toaster, and cutlery are available for students use. Bedding is provided, but towels usually need to be brought along. The rooms are cleaned once a week, we do however ask you to keep your room tidy. You can wash your clothes in public laundrettes either in the residence or nearby in town. Our residences are located 10 to 20mins walking distance to school, and 5mins walking distance to the closest supermarkets. Free Wi-Fi is available at school and in your accommodation.
