At our school in Bournemouth we also welcome small groups of students (3 – 10) interested in developing their Legal English.  It is offered all year round.

Our English + Creative Writing course is designed for learners who want to improve their English while exploring the craft of creative expression, including fiction, poetry, character design, descriptive writing and storytelling.

Just 5 minutes from the cliffs, 7 minutes from the beach, and 15 minutes from the city centre, our school offers the perfect inspirational setting for writers to observe the world, spark new ideas, and write in a supportive, imaginative environment.

Course Overview

This course combines English language development with creative writing techniques, giving participants the opportunity to expand their vocabulary, refine their style, and experiment with different literary forms.

You will read texts for inspiration, analyse writing styles, and learn how to craft your own original pieces. Through practical workshops, feedback sessions, and guided writing tasks, students strengthen both their English and their creative confidence.

The course is perfect for anyone interested in fiction, poetry, journaling, storytelling, blogging, or simply expressing thoughts and emotions more clearly in English.
